03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
→ Coating
09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt in a bowl; mix until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Lay bread slices flat and spread an ample layer of the filling on each slice.
03 - Place a second bread slice atop each filled slice to form five sandwiches; press gently to adhere.
04 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich.
05 - Pour shredded coconut onto a small plate for easy rolling.
06 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich round with water or additional cream cheese to help coconut stick.
07 - Roll the sides and tops of each bite thoroughly in shredded coconut to create a snowball appearance.
08 - Arrange coated bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
