07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt

09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest

→ Serving

13 - 30–40 assorted crackers (gluten-free crackers optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and well blended.
02 - Spoon the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into an 8-inch log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
03 - Combine parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest in a shallow dish, mixing evenly.
04 - Unwrap the chilled cheese log and roll it gently in the herb mixture, ensuring all sides are evenly coated.
05 - Place the herb-coated cheese log in the center of a serving platter and arrange crackers in a circular ring around it.
06 - Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for optimal texture.
