# Components:

01 - 12 square crackers (saltines or butter crackers)

→ Pepperoni & Cheese

02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60 g)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

→ Garnish (Optional)

05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven broiler to high and position the rack approximately 6 inches below the heat source.
02 - Place the square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Layer 2 slices of pepperoni on each cracker, slightly overlapping for even coverage.
04 - Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust each cracker with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
