01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped

02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks (tree trunks)

05 - 1 tsp coconut oil (for glossier finish)
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, melt the chopped chocolate with coconut oil if using, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or a small zip-top bag, snipping off a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the prepared parchment; these will form the tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick creating a triangular Christmas tree shape.
06 - Immediately sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls over the wet chocolate.
07 - Let the shaped trees firm at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
08 - Carefully peel the chocolate trees off the parchment and serve or wrap as gifts.
