# Directions:

01 - Use a bee-shaped or oval cookie cutter to cut shapes from each slice of sandwich bread.
02 - Evenly spread cream cheese or hummus on half of the bread cutouts; drizzle honey over the spread if preparing the sweet version.
03 - Place thin slices of cucumber and carrot atop the spread, then cover each with another bread cutout to form sandwiches.
04 - Slice black olives into thin rings for bee stripes and small pieces for eyes, then carefully arrange them on top of the sandwiches pressing gently into the spread.
05 - Insert two short pieces of chive stems into each sandwich to mimic antennae.
